ACTION MENU\nIf the available unit selected can perform more than one action, the Action Menu appears. The basic actions most units have are Move, Attack, Stay and Repair. Select the action for the unit to perform. If the unit has only one action available, such as Move, that action is selected automatically without the Action Menu appearing.\n\nMOVE\nUnits can move to any unoccupied terrain surrounding the unit. The distance the unit can move depends on its range of movement and the terrain. Terrain that cannot be reached or occupied will be shaded. To move, select the unit, and then select the new location. Select Stay to confirm the move or Cancel to return the unit back to its original location.\n\nATTACK\nTo attack an enemy unit in range, first select your unit, and then select Attack in the Action Menu. If only one enemy unit is within range, your unit will engage the enemy automatically. If two or more enemy units can be attacked select the enemy you wish to engage. Every unit has a range of attack and some units can attack after a move. Units out of range cannot be attacked. If your unit has a long range, attack a unit that cannot counter-attack due to its range and your unit will take no damage.\n\nCAPTURE BASES\nTo capture a neutral or enemy base that is not occupied, select your unit and move it onto the base, and then select Capture in the Action Menu. Capturing a base takes 1 round to complete. Bases can only be captured by certain units. Once the capture is complete the unit is lost.\n\nREPAIR\nAvailable units can repair during a turn. To do this, select the unit, and then select Repair in the Action Menu. Some units can repair more points than others. If units that are damaged have available actions at the end of the turn, they will automatically repair. Support units like the Engineer, Infector and Assimilator multiply the repair rate when a unit repairs while next to it.\n\nMEDICAL BASE\nUse the Medical base to triple the unit’s repair rate. Games you have been invited to appear here as well. The colored dot indicates the player in turn along with their username. The colored dot will be lit when the player in turn is online. Completed games will appear in gray with your result. Select the completed games to view them as well as a more detailed results screen.\n\nSTART RANDOM GAME\nSearch for a player that is available and close to your score and let the server choose your race, map, and turn order. This creates 1-on-1 matches instantly.\n\nJOIN A GAME\nThis shows a list of open games to join. Rated, Bot and Team games have a special icon next to the game name. Select a game to read more detailed information on the set up of the game as well as the players that have currently joined and preview the map. When a player is online their colored dot will be lit. You can select any slot that is open and choose your race.\n\nSETUP NEW GAME\nYou can create games for other players to join. The number next to the map name indicates the maximum players allowed on the map. After selecting a map there are several options to set before creating the game. The time limit allows players to be skipped or removed from the game if they do not complete their turn before the time reaches zero. You also have the option of inviting players to your game by entering their username, inviting players from your friends list, inviting bots, or close the player slot. To preview the full size of the map, touch the VIEW button when it appears on the bottom left of the screen.
